This 325-unit, Class A luxury mid-rise apartment community is located in the Kemah area of Southeast Houston.
The ideal candidate possesses three years of experience in apartment maintenance, has HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), attention to detail, good customer service skills, is a team player, and provides own tools.

Responsibilities:
Independently respond to service requests including:
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, painting and appliances Ability to prioritize duties Excellent customer service skills Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi & HappyCo Ability to take after hours and weekend on-call emergencies (rotation basis) Ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate effectively Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing Other job duties as assigned FOGELMAN OFFERS:
