Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator and Admin Assistant.
This role combines administrative responsibilities with managing our social media presence, enhancing customer communication, and promoting our services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
Greet customers, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and provide accurate information about our services.
Aissist in creatng and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and notify appropriate personnel of customer arrivals.
Social Media Coordination:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.
g.
, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
Conduct research to identify industry trends and stay up-to-date with competitors' social media activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that align with social media initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in marketing or communications is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks (preferred) Basic understanding of marine industry terminology and practices is desirable.
Familiarity with invoicing and record-keeping processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Creativity and an eye for design to create engaging social media content.
