The Livano Kemah is a Class-A lease-up community located in the Kemah area of Southeast Houston.
The Pet Center Attendant is a hybrid role between the front desk and kennel employee.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in customer service and advanced kennel operating procedures.
They also have a passion for pets and the willingness to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for both the residents and their pets.
Required to have weekend availability.
PET CENTER ATTENDANT JOB
Responsibilities:
Answers phone and greets everyone who enters and offers assistance Uses sales skills to promote additional products and services to benefit the pets Be knowledgeable about the facilities policies and procedures Coordinate with coworkers and clients for proper pet care and early pet drop-offs and late pick-ups Takes reservations Verify client information and care information upon arrival in POS system Check pets in as they arrive and verify that a valid credit card is on file for all residents Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed interacts with pets in playgroups Observe pets at all times and spread attention and play among all pets in the playgroup Know and be able to identify all of the pets in the playgroup Monitor new pets carefully and immediately consults with manager if there are concerns Record all incidents appropriately Prepare meals for boarding dogs and follow feeding instructions Review pet profile for any pet not known prior to starting shift Perform basic dog baths when required Pick up and drop off pets from apartments on site FOGELMAN OFFERS:
