League City/Kemah/Seabrook Area Full job description We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant with great customer service skills who enjoys working in a Team environment.
The candidate will have constant interaction with our customers and vendors.
Previous Office administration experience required.
Billing or Accounting experience helpful.
General Duties & Responsibilities Greet all customers, visitors, and vendors at front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide a friendly and courteous greeting for all incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate Management Team if need be.
Maintain records of prospective customers and coordinate with Manager in following up weekly.
Process Administration documents & forms for approvals.
Submit processed paperwork to the Manager for approval.
Follow up with customers regarding status.
Secure new customers' signature(s) on all appropriate documents.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
Administrative Accept and process payments.
Enter customer information into software program.
Maintain and update current customer files.
Perform routine audits of customer files.
Assist Management Team with other various tasks as required.
Assist with monitoring visitor access to the property.
Assist Billing Manager with accounting & billing duties and execute those duties in their absence.
Customer Relations Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits.
Listen to customers' requests, concerns and comments.
Maintain open communication with Manager.
Assist in planning periodic customer events & activities.
Attend functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Manager.
Marketing Distribute newsletters, pamphlets, flyers, etc.
Assist in conducting market surveys for the business.

$16.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
